The Program Manager owns program execution for assigned portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic customers. This includes preparing for, facilitating, and recaping discussions between the customer and PFL to ensure acheivement of strategic objectives for account growth. The Program Manager should ensure a positive customer experience and support customer success by ensuring programs are professionally executed and customers are thrilled. Who you are:
You have 5
years' experience in Program Management, Marketing Operations, and/or Customer Success while working with Enterprise accounts. You desire to be part of a company on the cutting edge of creating a new category within the marketing technology sector. It is important that you thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment because you are flexible, adaptable, articulate, and think quickly on your feet. You work hard and are self-motivated. You enjoy counseling customers to become a trusted partner. Customers trust your guidance and love working with you. You are professionally persistent and always do the right thing for the customer. You are focused on customer results and growing your company's revenue and profit. Some of the things you will do for us:
Develop and manage project and program plans and timelines for all custom implementations within the strategic objectives for the account. Onboard new user groups, divisions, and PFL solutions as accounts expand. Support internal teams in crafting unique solutions that drive customer success and PFL revenue. Follow PFL product development, ensuring account support processes expand to meet new product needs. Develop and deliver customer facing proposals, documents and presentations. Capture,accurately document, and ensure useful persistence of all customer information gathered throughout the life of the account. Determine strategies, tools and process enhancements needed to provide exceptional service and solutions. Schedule and facilitate meetings between customer teams and PFL teams. Generate customer referrals due to exceptional service experiences. Add value to the business by generating ideas for improvements in any areas, specifically new product R&D, deliveryprocesses, implementation management. Your skills:
Ability to approach complex, ambiguous challenges with a creative mindset. Experience building and maintaining strong cross-departmental relationships. Strong facilitation skills in the presence of Executives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to quickly prioritize high volume workload. Effective in collaborative, team environment while holding self and teammates to high standards. Self-starter who seeks out opportunities and challenges. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
